Privacy Policy
At Bioverity, we prioritise user privacy by design. Our data practices are straightforward: we only collect the minimum information necessary to provide our resources, and we do not track individual visitor behaviour.
Website infrastructure and analytics
We host our website and manage traffic using Cloudflare.
- Analytics: We use Cloudflare's privacy-first Web Analytics. This service does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your browser, and does not collect personally identifiable information (PII). We only view aggregate data (such as total page views and popular content) to help us manage our resources.
- Security: Cloudflare may process your IP address temporarily to provide security services (such as DDoS protection) and ensure the technical delivery of the site. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
No tracking cookies
We do not use non-essential tracking or advertising cookies. Because we do not engage in behavioural tracking or third-party data sharing, you will not see a cookie consent banner on this site.
Email subscriptions
If you choose to subscribe to our updates, we collect your email address.
- Service provider: We use Systeme to manage our distribution list. They have access to your email address for the sole purpose of delivering requested communications.
- Opt-out: Every email includes an ‘Unsubscribe’ link. Upon unsubscribing, your data is removed from our active mailing list.
Data transfers
As we use global infrastructure providers (Cloudflare and Systeme), data may be processed in secure data centres outside of your home jurisdiction. We ensure all providers adhere to standard data protection protocols to maintain security.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of any personal data we hold. For most visitors, we hold no data; for subscribers, this applies to your email record.
